Teacher learning in China and its implications: Is it time to reverse the flow?

In this talk I will introduce some teaching learning practices widely adopted in the schools of Mainland China and suggest that there is a strong alignment between these practices and the concepts about effective teacher learning and professional learning community espoused in the Western literature. Participants will be invited to reflect on the extent to which these practices can be introduced adopted in the context of international schools.
